Plymouth Grove Apartments, Manchester

Monoroof has secured work on a new development on Upper Brook St, Manchester.

Brown's of Wilmslow are the main contractor, the architects are Provan and Makin on behalf of the client Peakmount Properties

The site consists of shops and offices and 102 two bedroomed apartments for hospital staff from the nearby Royal Infirmary and St. Mary's Hospital. There will be a further 72 apartments for Manchester's ever increasing student population.

There will be a curved corner tower at 45 metres high to house the 102 apartments.
